Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday with a cut off time of 8 am CST. Any purchases ofter 8 am CST that day will be shipped out the following day.
Except on Holidays observed by USPS and all other carriers, as follows:

Lost or Stolen Packages
We recommend adding "Route" as an insurance for any lost, stolen, or damaged products.
BOHO Skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Once the shipment has been handed off to the carrier the responsibility is now in the carrier's hands.
International Orders
Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–99 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air, or a combination of both. USPS does not provide delivery status once the package lands in the destination country, USPS will only update the tracking information once the package has been delivered.
If you need delivery updates for international order you must choose Priority Mail International or DHL services which deliver in 6-10 business days*
